Lymph Nodes

I have lymph nodes ..i hate it becuase most time look like olive inside body feel swell off then on and sometime my left neck swell off then on also sore thorat,headaches and left ear pain sometime ..dr said nothing to do and what i would do or find who dr will find out more about that ?
